When it comes to make up brushes, my biggest collection is defiantly in the eye department. It is so crucial to have good quality eye brushes to apply your make up with. I don't have the biggest budget set aside for make up so every brush that I purchase is affordable but still has the quality that I desire. When I first started getting into make up there was very limited highstreet brushes that were good quality but recently I believe that there are so many that you don't have to break the bank picking up a MAC brush.
LID AND CREASE
My favourite brush brand is Zoeva. They have the most amazing range of brush sets and brushes that are amazing quality and perfect dupes for any MAC brush. The brushes I always use for my lid is the luxe smokey shader which is perfect for packing the product onto your lid creating intense colour. I always then like to take the Zoevea Luxe Soft Definer which is such an amazing brush. It can be used to blend out your eyeshadow seamlessly but it can also be perfect if you're applying one sweep of eyeshadow all over the lid. If I want to apply a colour in my create I will always turn to the petit crease brush which is also perfect for applying shadow on your lower lash line as it has the exact amount of precision.
When it comes to brows things are quite simple and I only require two brushes. I swear by the Zoeva winged liner as it applies the correct amount of product whilst still being precise when creating the perfect brow shape. I also can't live without the & Other Stories eyelash brush which I use for my eyebrows, I like to brush my eyebrows through before and after applying product to make them look as full and natural as possible.
When it comes to highlighting my brow bone and inter corner I usually use the smokey shader for my brow bone as it applies the right amount of product. The inner corner however needs a smaller brush and the petit crease brush is perfect for this.
I really struggle when it comes to liner and what I have learnt from past experiences is that the brush you use to apply it with really does make a difference. I love using the angled brush by Zoeva. It is a thin brush and applies the correct amount of product to create the perfect winged eyed.
