I haven't bought a beauty product in a long. I became a bit bored roaming the aisles of Boots but after watching a weeks worth of beauty tutorials it encouraged me to make a few purchases. It also helped that there was a 3 for 2 in Boots. (very convenient!)
Barry M Daylight Curing Polish - I have been so excited for this product to launch. It is aimed to create a gel manicure lasting up to 10 days without using uv light. There is a small range of shades plus a topcoat which you have to buy to achieve the best results. I have already tested the polish and was slightly disappointed, I didn't think it done anything different from applying a good topcoat to your nails. It also chipped on the third day of application.
Rimmel Lipliner in 'Obsession' - I have been on the hunt for the perfect lipliner. I adore the shade so much. It's a perfect 'your lips but better' with a slightly dark undertone which I love. I am really enjoying wearing this by itself lightly over the lips and then patting the lips to create a stain. It's so easy to wear and doesn't budge.
Seventeen 'Stay Time Concealer' - Recently I have been watching amazing contour video's where they use a concealer to brighting areas of the face. It makes the skin look so flawless and something I want to try but in a more everyday way. I have heard great things about the Seventeen range and I look forward to trying the concealer out.
Garnier Pure Active Micellar Water - I love micellar waters ever since I tried Bioderma but as we are aware it's not the easiest to get hold of and it can be on the pricey side. Other drugstore brands have made their own versions and my favourite is Garnier's. I am near the end of a bottle and thought I would try one of their new micellar's for combination skin. I'm not sure how different it will be from the original but I can't wait to try.
What beauty bits have you bought recently?
