SHOP MY STASH

I think if you are constantly upgrading and adding more products to your collection then it's easy to forget about product that you maybe used a lot or loved and they manage to go from the front of your make up drawers to the back. I began to feel that this was the current situation and something needed to be done to make sure all my products were getting some use out of them. So after I came across a few shop my stash posts I thought it would be a good idea for both a post and a way of organising my make up and reintroducing myself to some of my products that I would often use.

First up is a mascara one I loved so much but seemed to forget all about. It is an Avon number which I was very surprised that I even liked. I had this pre perception about Avon that it was cheap and not worth the money and whilst I haven't used a lot of their products I can say that their mascaras are one of the best budget buys I have purchased and as a drugstore girl there are a lot of competitors. Rimmel London is another brand I love which you probably already know but I went through a stage of loving their infamous Kate Moss 107 lipstick but I quickly moved on when Revlon released their matte editions and I think this is a shame as they are one of the best lipstick formulas , matte but still nourishing.

Another thing I forgot all about was a small sample of Yu-Be which is an all purpose cream for anything think Vaseline but it is perfect for chapped lips and any dry patches. Lastly a Sleek blush which I received in a Glossybox, it looks super scary to look at especially if your pale like me but a light sweep of this can look so natural. The pigmentation is amazing for a £5 blush and they do some great dupes for Nars blushes. So now that I have shopped my stash I may spend less time picking up the new products and start using the ones I appear to have forgot about!

  1. I definitely need to get some wear out of Rimmel 107 and a Sleek blush that I own too! Especially now that it's Winter where I live now as well :)
