I own quite a few eye palettes and  quads which complement each other but I never have bought a single shadow as I wouldn't really know what to do with it and I always think I will have the shade among my palettes. I was on the look out for L'Oreal's pressed pigments but I was later disappointed when I went to swatch the shade and was presented with a single eyeshadow instead. I went on to try out the shadow to see if I could avail of it and I was pleasantly surprised. L'Oreal is not a brand that I would associate with eyeshadows but what I have learnt is they are amazing quality. I picked up Brown Lame which is a great shade for a swipe of colour or all over the lid and blended out into the crease. It also reminds me of some of the Naked palette shades which is a bonus. I now may need to pick up a few more shades to add to my collection.

Have you tried L'Oreal eyeshadows ?

P.S. I don't want to be spammy, but I have a YSL Lipstick Giveaway on my blog at the moment!

  5. I haven't even seen these yet, here in Canada, but I really like the idea of having more singles that I love versus palettes where I love/use half. Will keep an eye out for this.
